The feel of the cold stainless steel against your area feels amazing, and the cage is very restricting. The scrotum fits through the main loop at the back so if you get an erection, it tugs on them. Don't get me wrong, this product is great, but it has its downfalls. Because the base ring is solid, you have to get both the penis and the scrotum though, which is difficult if you are already erect. The cage needs a lot of lube and needs re-lubing every so often or you can get friction burn off the sides. Also, if you get erect while wearing this product, the scrotum can be pulled quite a lot against the base ring.
